Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Proposed Strategic Development Plan Examination Update

Scottish Ministers have appointed Mr David Liddell BA(Hons) MRTPI to carry out the examination of the Glasgow and the Clyde Valley Proposed Strategic Development Plan.

The Reporter will now commence the examination of conformity with the authority’s participation statement. The Examination of the Proposed Plan will not commence until the examination of conformity with Clydeplan’s Participation Statement has concluded, or until four weeks from 15 June which is the date of the appointment of the reporter, whichever is the latter. 

The earliest date upon which the Examination of issues raised in representations will commence is 13^th July 2016.
